Virtual Tri Camp

Just because we can’t make it to the south for training camp, doesn’t mean we can’t bring the fun of camp to you!
Join Coaches PK and Eric for 5-days in April, of fun while riding, running, strengthening and learning your way to a better season of training and racing!
When: April 14 – 18th (9am – 1pm-ish)
Where: Your home/virtual/Zwift/Zoom
What are you going to be doing for 5 days:
5 days of Zwift cycling and workouts (1.5-2 hours each day, with a ride up Ven-top on Sunday)
4 days of structured run workouts and drill work (10-60 minutes)
5 days of strength, core, mobility and swim dryland work (10-40 minutes)
5 days of “Coffee Chats” – (45-60 minutes) learn about endurance training, nutrition, racing and more
Cost:
EARLY BIRD – $150 (March 11-21)
REGULAR – $200 (March 11- April 13) ($25 discount for PKPC, Limitless and TTC athletes)**
WEEKEND ONLY (Friday-Sunday) – $100
All strength-based workout, running drills and talks will be recorded. If you can’t make a day or workout, you can watch later. Zwift rides and workouts will be listed in Training Peaks.
What you’ll need:
- Zwift and Training Peaks account (TP is free for the basic account)
- Zwift compatible Trainer
- A computer or phone to follow along
- Bike
- Running shoes
- Swim tubing or resistance bands
- Mini bands
- 2 Dumbbells
- Dowel/broom handle
- lacrosse/tennis ball
SCHEDULE:
WED –
- 9AM – Dryland (20-30 minutes)
- 9:30 – ZWIFT FIGURE 8 – 30K (238M) 75 minute structured social ride
- 30 rotb
- Social / info session
Thursday –
- 9am – Fan Flats (5k- 16m) -90 minutes – Sprint work each loop with zone 2 as “recovery”

Friday –
- 9am – OUT AND BACK AGAIN – 43K (303M) – sustained efforts 1:45
- ROTB
- Mobility
- Social / info session
Saturday
- 8 am – Swim dryland (20-30 minutes)
- 8:30 am: Recovery Ride – 60 minutes
- 45 minute Run off the bike
Sunday –
- 8:00 am – Ven-Top – (21k – 1534m) keep group together (2-3 hours)
- Mobility
- Social / info session/ wrap up
***We do require a minimum of 7 people to run the program***
