This is a great option if you are not ready or looking for full one-on-one coaching or frequent feedback but want something specifically customized to your lifestyle and goals and is not a generic plan you would find on the internet.

Your custom plan can be for any level of Triathlon, Ultra running, 5k to Marathon, Swimming or Cycling. With a custom plan, you will be more accountable to the training and goals, knowing that this is for you and only you!

The plan would be a one-time purchase and would be designed with your lifestyle and goals in mind – travel, work, family time, etc. Once you purchase the plan, you will fill out the SIGN UP FORM and we will then set up a time to discuss and design your 16-week plan with one of our coaches. The plan will be created in Training Peaks and you will have access to it anytime. Once we have reviewed it together and answered all questions, it will be revised and finalized.

Fine print:

There is one follow up call or email per month included (up to 30 minutes). We will review your past month’s training and how you are progressing with your training. There will be no adjustments to the program throughout the month. If you would like to do extra check-ins, those can be arranged and done via Zoom/Skype/Phone calls at $35 for 30 minutes.

Additional 4-week blocks can be purchased for $150.
