Trail Running Clinic

Please join us on November 26th at Hilton Falls for a 3 hour introduction to trail running. We will be covering the basics of gear, nutrition, safety, how-to and lots of Q&A. We will be following it up with an easy 45-60 minute run through The trails in the area – all levels of runners are welcomed.
