SUMMARY:Virtual Tri Camp
DESCRIPTION:Just because we can’t make it to the south for training camp\, doesn’t mean we can’t bring the fun of camp to you! \nJoin Coaches PK and Eric for 5-days in April\, of fun while riding\, running\, strengthening and learning your way to a better season of training and racing! \nWhen: April 14 – 18th (9am – 1pm-ish) \nWhere: Your home/virtual/Zwift/Zoom \nWhat are you going to be doing for 5 days: \n5 days of Zwift cycling and workouts (1.5-2 hours each day\, with a ride up Ven-top on Sunday) \n4 days of structured run workouts and drill work (10-60 minutes) \n5 days of strength\, core\, mobility and swim dryland work (10-40 minutes) \n5 days of “Coffee Chats” – (45-60 minutes) learn about endurance training\, nutrition\, racing and more \nCost: \nEARLY BIRD – $150 (March 11-21) \nREGULAR – $200 (March 11- April 13) ($25 discount for PKPC\, Limitless and TTC athletes)** \nWEEKEND ONLY (Friday-Sunday) – $100 \nAll strength-based workout\, running drills and talks will be recorded. If you can’t make a day or workout\,  you can watch later. Zwift rides and workouts will be listed in Training Peaks. \nWhat you’ll need: \n\nZwift and Training Peaks account (TP is free for the basic account)\nZwift compatible Trainer\nA computer or phone to follow along\nBike\nRunning shoes\nSwim tubing or resistance bands\nMini bands\n2 Dumbbells\nDowel/broom handle\nlacrosse/tennis ball\n\nSCHEDULE: \nWED –  \n\n9AM – Dryland (20-30 minutes)\n9:30 – ZWIFT FIGURE 8 – 30K (238M) 75 minute structured social ride\n30 rotb\nSocial / info session\n\nThursday –  \n\n9am – Fan Flats (5k- 16m) -90 minutes –  Sprint work each loop with zone 2 as “recovery”\nstrength\nCoffee chit chat\n\nFriday –  \n\n9am – OUT AND BACK AGAIN – 43K (303M) – sustained efforts 1:45\nROTB\nMobility\nSocial / info session\n\nSaturday  \n\n8 am – Swim dryland (20-30 minutes)\n8:30 am:  Recovery Ride – 60 minutes \n45 minute Run off the bike \n\nSunday –  \n\n8:00 am – Ven-Top – (21k – 1534m)  keep group together (2-3 hours)\nMobility\nSocial / info session/ wrap up\n\n***We do require a minimum of 7 people to run the program*** \n**Please email eric@limitlesscoaching.ca or pkperformancecoaching@gmail.com for discount codes and all information regarding camp. \nShare this:TwitterFacebook
